It’s hard do convey just how rewarding and educational the effort towards ISO9001:2015-certification has been for us. We are very pleased with the results and even had fun doing so!
Since our start in 2004, we have worked for a quality system that has been in accordance with ISO9001:2000/2008, which was a minimum requirement from most of our partners. Internally, this worked well, and we did not reflect too much on the system itself during our busy working day.
This spring we were revised by one of our customers, and we made the decision to take it one step further, i.e. to become ISO certified with the most recent standard. We decided to spend the resources required to achieve this – both economically and time-wise.
We consulted with Wergeland Corporate Development, and they did a great job on leading the way on the matter – and keeping us on track towards the goal.
We set a goal to finish before the end of September, which was basically quite a hairy target according to our ISO advisors – but we did manage without any problems!
We are proud to announce the two steps involved in becoming certified were achieved with distinction – and completely without discrepancies!
